I'm Wade Shuler — a web developer for more than 20 years, and now Crawfordsville's local SEO guy. Hoosier SEO started because it worked, long before it was a business.
From Code to Rankings
For more than two decades I've built and shipped websites. The code, the servers, the architecture underneath. Not managed the work from the outside. Built it.
Then my wife opened her own private counseling practice, and she needed a website. So I built it, and while I was at it I dusted off the SEO skills I'd picked up years earlier and got to work. I optimized her site from the ground up, and it wasn't long before she was sitting in the top spots on Google for the exact terms her practice needed to be found for.
Watching that happen for someone I love, in real time, reminded me how much I actually enjoyed this work. And how much it can change a small business almost overnight. That's when it clicked. If I could do this for her, and see the kind of success it's brought her practice, I could do the same for the shops, contractors, and service providers right here in my own area.
